Adara spa is open from Tuesday- Friday 10.00a.m. to 19.00p.m
                                                         Saturday 11.00a.m. to 15.00p.m.


RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

For the convenience, please book treatments in advance by contacting the spa reception office. If you wish to make any changes to your booking, please give at least 24  hours notice. Please note that a full  cancellation fee will be charged for no show and late cancellations.

PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment .This will allow you time to acclimatize with the salon and spa environment, complete your consultation card and use the spa facilities in preparation for your treatment .

CLIENT PROPERTY

The spa management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the salon or spa .

SPA ENVIRONMENT

Please respect the tranquillity of the spa. Upon entering, please deactivate your mobile phone.

SPA PROTOCOL

For your comfort, you are kindly requested to have a shower prior to any body treatment.

SERVICE CHARGE

We accept only cash and visa.

SALON PACKAGES

All packages must be prepaid so any offer is valid . All packages are valid due to a recommendation period.

Arrival Time
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out a client Consultation Form to tailor our treatments to your personal needs, and to relax and enjoy a complimentary cup of tea prior to your treatment.

Cancellation Policy
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour timeframe, are subject to the full charge for each service.

Late Arrival
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be guaranteed extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Return Policy
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

Massage and Body Treatments
Please specify Therapist gender preferences at time of booking. You may consult with the Therapist directly about style and depth of pressure prior to your service

Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. A spa concierge is present to guide you in selecting appropriate treatments for you during this special time. Please note that massage is not recommended for expectant mothers in their first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Cleanliness
Keeping our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

Payment
All major credit cards are accepted. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.

Noise
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume
